Griff is Director - Broadband and Mobile in Sky's Networked Media Division, which looks after Sky's non-linear content experiences.

He oversees Sky's 'tv' experiences on the web, principally the sky by broadband video application and the premium streaming platform (recently used for live Champions League and Ryder Cup). He also oversees the operational side of Sky's mobile activities, including the sky by mobile application and Sky Mobile TV.

He joined Sky in 1998 and has progressed through a number of roles in tv production, strategy and business development. He started his career at management consultancy Arthur D Little.
