Tony Chow is the President of the Association of Independent Television Production Companies Singapore, and also the Chairman of the Digital Media Academy, Singapore’s first practical media training center for industry professionals.

Tony originates from a broadcast Television background and has worked extensively in the advertising, and corporate areas of film, video and Television as both producer/director. Tony is known for international co-productions, as he has been involved in several international production supports with countries like Canada, UK and Australia.
