Mr. Chaim Bechor, PeerTV's CEO and founder is leading the companies' product and marketing activities, towards becoming a major player in the emerging market for TV over the Open Internet. Mr. Bechor has been involved in video networking since 1995, leading Gilat Satellite Networks entry into the Internet video services market as well as the MOST Consortium, an Israeli Media Networking joint project bringing together most Israeli networking and video technology companies.

Mr. Bechor is a B.Sc graduate of the Technion, Haifa in Electrical Engineering and has been part of the start-up team of Comverse Technology, the Unified Messaging leader.
